Event Support for American Standard National Sales Meeting

American Standard selected The AVS Group as their live event support partner for this vital annual sales meeting due to our successful track record and deep multimedia production expertise. The result was a successful meeting for American Standard and the audience remained focused on the presenters’ message.

    The AVS Group designed a dynamic stage set that included reflective stretched backdrops, spandex light columns, intelligent lighting, and vivid tropical colors. Compelling and energetic music enhanced the environment. The stage accommodated presentation changes by moving elements and modifying the lighting to reflect the various moods of the meeting.

    A meeting producer from The AVS Group went on-site several months prior to the actual meeting to work out several logistical considerations and interview potential local suppliers for additional crew and A/V equipment. Since the meeting was conducted outside of the United States, there were a number of special considerations to be worked out.

    The AVS Group produced opening and closing videos for American Standard. The videos helped communicate the main message of the meeting and create excitement with American Standard’s audience. The opening video was produced using The AVS Group’s in-house AVID editing system before the meeting and featured custom animations, stock footage, and music. The closing video was edited on-site with a portable AVID editing system, using video footage and photos that The AVS Group shot during the meeting.

    The meeting spanned four days with total attendance of approximately 400 people from American Standard. The AVS Group’s meeting producers assisted with speaker presentations, coordinated on-site technicians and A/V equipment, and supplied all multimedia A/V support for the general session and 41 breakout sessions. For this type of event, The AVS Group also negotiates equipment and other associated costs from various suppliers, which typically represents thousands of dollars in cost savings for our clients. The AVS Group was on-site for a total of six days.
