Event Support for Trane Account Management Seminar |

- Our role. Trane selected The AVS Group as their live event support partner due to our successful track record and deep multimedia production expertise. The seminar was held in Dallas, Texas. This key event was planned for 600 of Trane’s corporate sales personnel who attended two management sessions that spanned two and one-half days. The AVS Group provided Trane with logo design for support materials, produced an opening video, and assisted with speaker presentations. Producers from The AVS Group provided on-site technical expertise and multimedia A/V support for the general session and 14 breakout sessions. The AVS Group was on-site for a total of seven days. For this type of event, The AVS Group also negotiates equipment and other associated costs from various suppliers, which typically represents thousands of dollars in cost savings for our clients.
