The folders, titled Trane Solutions for Healthcare Facilities and Trane Systems for Life Sciences, were designed to communicate solutions offered by Trane to help their life sciences and healthcare clients maximize operational efficiency. The audiences for these pieces are prospective Trane clients, including building owners, property managers, and facility managers within the life sciences and healthcare industries. The Trane folders are used for a variety of applications and are distributed through mailings, trade shows, displays, and one-on-one selling situations with Trane clients.

The life sciences folder conveys the benefits of Trane’s products and services, while reinforcing Trane's expertise in HVAC and building automation systems. The healthcare folder was designed to promote the unique products and reliable services that Trane offers to aid healthcare facilities in providing a safe and comfortable environment.

Through illustrations, images, and text, the folders demonstrate that Trane has an in-depth understanding of the fast-paced, highly competitive, and strict regulatory environment in both the life sciences and healthcare industries. The folders communicate that Trane is a company whose integrated, cost-effective systems can counteract industry challenges. Both pieces were designed as companions to an overall Trane capabilities brochure.
