Our role. AVS Group developed a marketing campaign to help pre-sell Gerrard Corporation’s new luxury condominium development, Gateway Terrace, in downtown La Crosse, Wisconsin. The cornerstone of the campaign was a website design. The Gerrard Corporation website demonstrates the company’s diversity of properties and property management. Gateway Terrace is a $5 million mixed-use luxury condominium development.
