Our role. AVS Group collaborated with Winona National Bank to re-evaluate
their brand and develop a brand strategy to optimize their image. Both primary and secondary research was conducted to identify strengths, better understand target markets, and evaluate competitors’ brands. A Branding Strategy Plan Document was created by the team at AVS Group to summarize the research performed, define the new brand, and outline an implementation plan. The project was well-executed by staying within budget, on schedule, and goal-focused. Winona National Bank has now confidently adopted a clearly
defined, customer-centric brand.
