Our role. AVS Group produced Trane’s 2008 Spring Launch, a series of broadcasts promoting new programs and products. The broadcast was delivered via satellite to the company’s offices across North America, through the client’s web portal as a Webcast, and by DVDs shipped internationally. Services AVS Group provided included creating a PowerPoint template; recording material, including traveling to the east coast to record the executive messages; project management; and extensive editing. Challenges included a tight timeframe of less than a month of production time, and multiple methods of delivery. To meet these challenges, AVS Group utilized their multiple edit systems to edit over 150 minutes of content. To help save additional time, AVS Group posted Windows Media files to their FTP site for client review—allowing the client to download and review the files from their East Coast office. AVS Group’s dedication, creativity, and attention to detail combined to ensure a successful presentation—and the client’s satisfaction.
