2011 Trane Territory Manager’s Meeting

Our role. AVS Group was recently hired to provide audio, video, and technical support for Trane Company’s annual Territory Manager's meeting, held to recognize the Top 10 territory managers and as an opportunity for the Residential Solutions group to network, talk about new products and processes, and share information that they’ll need for the upcoming year.  In addition to providing audio, video, and technical support for the event, AVS Group was responsible for coordinating the breakout sessions and producing and planning part of the awards dinner and reception. In addition, working under the direction of the IR Meeting Services Team, AVS Group coordinated all of the attendee transportation once they arrived in Dallas—shuttling them from the airport to the hotel, and back to the airport once the meeting concluded. With two waves of nearly 500 attendees total arriving over a four day span, this was a large-scale production, which required additional support and coordination. While the planning process for these events usually takes months, with the help of AVS Group, serving as an extension of the IR meeting services team, the planning was completed in just three weeks, and resulted in a stunning, well-executed event that was both memorable and beneficial for attendees.
