Our role. AVS Group provided support for the 2011 Ingersoll Rand Leadership Conference, held in Concord, NC. The meeting was designed for the top leadership of Ingersoll Rand to align their goals for the year, and build energy and excitement. In addition to handling the A/V support, AVS Group coordinated breakout rooms for business sector meetings—including setting up and testing projectors, screens, microphones, and visual aids to ensure the breakout sessions ran smoothly. Further, AVS Group provided photography services, taking portraits of the top leaders for use during, and beyond the event. Working under the direction of the IR Meeting Services Team, AVS Group also helped by preparing attendee name badges and other meeting materials, helping with registration, making sure attendees received the proper materials as they arrived, and that attendees had their needs met throughout the conference. Because the meeting participants were top leaders in a global company, the level of support and professionalism had to be high—and AVS Group delivered.
