Our role. AVS Group provided support for the 2011 Ingersoll Rand Climate Solutions Contracting Growth Workshop, held this year at the Arizona Grand Resort in Phoenix, AZ. The meeting was designed to provide field associates with information through two days of workshops, and to recognize top sales achievers. AVS Group worked under the direction of the IR Meeting Services Team to provide on-site support, including coordinating registration and working with the resort to ensure a comfortable experience for meeting attendees.  AVS Group helped ensure an efficient flow as attendees moved from breakout session to breakout session, resulting in sessions beginning on-time; and made sure the correct workshop materials were prepared and available for each session. AVS Group helped provide the support necessary for the extensive setup and meeting preparation to be completed in a timely and efficient manner.
