Our Role. Attendees, consisting of refrigeration and HVAC product engineers, discussed a wide array of information during a number of general sessions and breakout sessions. Because of the large number of breakout sessions which were held, AVS Group, who provided 100% of the A/V support, paid special attention to making sure all the equipment was in place and operating correctly in each of the rooms. Breakout presenters appreciated our help and our attention to detail—everything from making sure the proper equipment was available, to making sure their laptops connected to the projector. The presenters in the general sessions appreciated how the AVS Group team created a great atmosphere in the room from the moment people came in until the last person left—the right music, the right lighing, the right sound levels, and the right visuals on the screen.

At the close of the meeting, it was clear that it had been a success. The meeting had run flawlessly, thanks to the careful planning and hard work of the AVS Group, in close collaboration with the AHRI meeting planner. Attendees left feeling that they had gained valuable knowledge, without the interruption of technical difficulties or other disruptions.
