Our role. AVS Group designed a logo for Iowa's Reading First program, part of the No Child Left Behind federal initiative. In May 2003, AVS Group was awarded a $1.2 million multimedia and instructional design development contract from the Iowa Department of Education to develop the professional development materials for this program. A second contract was awarded to AVS Group in October of 2004 to provide multimedia and instructional design services for the department's adolescent literacy initiatives.
