Our role. AVS Group provided meeting support for Trane Company’s 2008 strategic partner event. The annual meeting is held to provide training and industry updates to a key customer group. The event, held in Naples, Florida hosted over 365 attendees, including partners, vendors, employees, and their families. 2008 marked the 17th year AVS Group has provided support for the meeting. In addition to this event, AVS Group has provided meeting and event support for this client for numerous events, both large and small, for the past 20 years. Services AVS Group provided included creating an opening welcome video and a closing video featuring video and stills of the meeting events. In addition, AVS Group provided graphic and PowerPoint support, created a custom PowerPoint template, and provided set support. The long hours and hard work paid off with Trane thanking AVS Group, saying, “Your preparation, dedication, and passion, as well as your new and insightful ideas made it such a great few days. Your efforts truly made the event one of the best so far.”
