Ed is the owner and general manager of AVS Group, and has been involved in marketing and communications, particularly associated with the HVAC industry, for 37 years. Ed is actively engaged in the business and works hard to ensure client satisfaction.

Sarah, Marketing Director
Sarah serves as the AVS Group marketing director. She provides professional writing services and has expertise in traditional and online marketing strategy development and implementation. Her specialties include SEO and SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and mobile marketing. Sarah is also the architect of our integrated marketing communications (IMC) approach. |

Becky, Senior Art Director
As veteran art director, Becky has been developing creative concepts and finished designs for all types of print and digital marketing, branding, and technical materials. She has played a key role in the development of website designs, literature, technical document layouts, brand identity materials, and in establishing and maintaining clients' corporate graphic standards. |

Heather, Account Coordinator
Heather actively serves in an account support role for our clients, working to ensure clients are receiving the best possible service and communication access as they work with AVS Group. Heather is also an expert proofreader, and also helps with meeting and trade show planning, support, and fulfillment. |

Rob, Video Producer
Rob has been involved in all aspects of AVS Group’s video and meeting support services, nearly as long as AVS Group has been in existence. He possesses firsthand knowledge of the HVAC industry, through large-scale HVAC video productions and support of large meeting productions. He has held lead A/V support roles for our clients both domestically and internationally. |

Joe, Video Producer
Joe has over 15 years in the video production industry. Joe has a strong background producing video for the automotive industry, as his career began in the Detroit area. At AVS Group, he provides A/V services for clients in a wide range of industries; and has traveled extensively as a meeting producer, crew manager for video productions, and videographer. |

Dawn, Senior Web Developer/Project Manager
Dawn has extensive experience in developing and project managing successful web solutions for AVS Group’s diverse client base. Her areas of expertise include website development using HTML, CSS, and various web editing software tools. She also performs site testing, provides content management training, and is an expert project manager that clients praise for her attention to detail. |

Rene, Controller
Rene is constantly coming up with creative ways to improve customer service—whether it’s through improving invoicing processes and methods, answering client questions (sometimes even before they’re asked!) and completing all of this in a timely manner. Rene also helps oversee business operations for AVS Group and its LLC Properties. Rene’s expertise in accounting helps streamline AVS business processes and activities, helping us better serve our clients and function as a cohesive team. |

Ellen, Director of Account Services
Ellen’s expertise is in the areas of sales and account service. With the rest of the team, she helps foster win-win client relationships and serves as a liaison between our clients and internal staff. She is involved in business development for both new and existing accounts, working to uncover needs and helping to plan long-term strategic and project-specific solutions. |
